Online signup form was quick and simple, spoke to a representative at Mango Medicinal to schedule a tele-meeting with the doctor, and they were very helpful. Wow! What a bureaucratic mess! And how great were the people at OMC in handling it! The process was professional, simple, and when a foul-up on the part of the state put a speed bump in the road (one state computer talking a different language than another), they were on the phone on a weekend ready to assist.
