I initially had my “referral” sent to another pharmacy as it was closer to where I frequently travel as none are located in the City I live in. But after visiting the other pharmacy in person after not getting any response to my email or calls, I decided it was not a good fit for me. A friend told me of Willow, So I requested my doctor change the referral to Willow. The service was fantastic! I have only very recently obtained products from them but have been satisfied. The consultation was clear and they asked pertinent questions and answered all of mine as well. Made me much more comfortable trying medical marijuana after decades of not indulging.

Dabbs is my favorite spot in town! The staff is very knowledgeable, and they always help me pick what’s best for my needs. The selection is amazing and they are always coming out with new products. #1 in my book

I’ve visited several dispensaries in the year I’ve had my MMJ card, and Kush Vibez by far is my favorite place to go. They always have top-notch quality product, served up by friendly, knowledgeable budtenders, at the best prices I’ve seen in town. Special days like Flower Fridays lead to even better discounts. Every product seems to get its days on the calendar. It’s a relaxed, low-key environment that makes getting your medicine, however you take your medicine, an easy process.

I will forever love this Trulieve Location! The staff there is amazing and my ALL TIME FAVORITE BUDTENDER IS SUREYMA! She was so sweet, patient, and made my experience amazing!

This was my first time shopping & I came in about 20 minutes before closing. The customer service was still superb! There was no rush, we discussed strains (very informative) & it was an overall pleasant experience!! Be better than me though & go before closing time.

I have been reading reviews for the past 6/7mos. I decided to try it out. They have the most respectful, good vibes and energy at that front desk. As well as the time lady in the back in the pharmacy. I would give it a twenty rating out one to ten. Twenty being "They have it going on. Tysm Ms Karen. Shout out to her. Love you vibes. Five star experience from start to finish . Jena was very helpful and knowledgeable while being friendly through out my visit . She had solid recommendations and made the overall experience fun and enjoyable . The place looks like an Apple store except I left happy and looking forward to my next visit . The budtenders ,are very knowledgeable about all of there products, they also help one surf through all of the specials and sales to help keep some of your money in your pocket. I have smoked Marijuana for many years and the only edibles that have worked for me came from Planet 13, thanks to the encouragement of the budtenders. way to go!

I decided to up my products and today purchased a Loofa Dragon Egg. I had never used a product like this so the associate members at the Lakeland facility took their time and explained to me exactly how to use it and what not to do and gave me some very good advice. I'm terrible with names but I just wanted to give a shout out to everyone that works at the Lakeland dispensary. They always know me by name and they always make a point to speak to me even if They are not my bud tender for The day.

The store is well displayed with actual flower to look and smell before purchase. the staff were very well educated on the product and were the only ones that have a %of terps in the flower not just the thc. i was able to get some super tasty choices and they have great deals.

My experience here was great, despite having bad experiences at other Muv locations. The employees at Auburndale Muv were extremely friendly and provided helpful info about sales. There were several good strains available to choose from and the wait was relatively short.
