Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.

Every one was friendly and competent. It was a good experience. I’m sure I’ll go back

My very first time going to their dispensary was an amazing experience. Very nice and welcoming. Ms. Shey did an outstanding job! She is such a blessing and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! She did more than our Shreveport dispensary would ever do for their patients. I'll definitely be going back just because of her.

REALLY knowledgable employees. Nice waiting room. They got a menu of their website you can browse, but I definitely suggest looking at their menu BEFORE you go.

I absolutely love Nirvana! I’ve been a regular since December. They have a wide variety of products as well as friendly, knowledgeable staff! The staff is the reason I love going so much. They’re extremely kind and really care about their clients.

Ive been with GDF a little over a year and it feels like old friends or family when I walk into the establishment whether Mansfield location or the newest bossier location it’s always all love . We stopped in for meds today and I was lucky enough to be helped by your amazing budtender Logan. He was knowledgeable and professional and went above and beyond to help me get the best deals available. He made me aware of product deals I wasn't aware of and I actually ended up spending far less than I initially anticipated.

Erica the security guard greeted me today. She is so nice and really made me feel welcomed. Coco was my budtender. She is always so friendly and kind. She is patient and always has solid suggestions. Awesome daily deals and great rewards program too. Highly recommend. 5 Stars!

Great experience here. I always come for the skywalker flower here at the westmont location. They always have it in stock and overall the employees are great. Will be my go to place to get my skywalker and carts. 10/10

First time here at this location. Excited to be here as there is no dispensaries in Texas. A true recent struggle as I was a med patient in Arizona. Love the energy as soon as we walked in. Wasn’t sure which cashier to go to because everyone was eager to help us with a smile. Wish I remembered the name of our budtender but he the best! Well educated in the products and offered honest recommendations for us. I always appreciate true transparency with a purchase. He threw in an extra pre roll which was a nice surprise! Great group of people working here..definitely will be back!
