Malik was not only extremely knowledgeable regarding the wide range of products that I was interested in, but also made the online ordering experience enjoyable and fun. Malik really makes the process easy.I have only placed online orders twice, and both times I had the pleasure of speaking with Malik. Trust me, the professionalism is unparalleled at MUV, I would recommend calling ahead and speaking with one of these compassionate associates so they can help answer any questions you may have before you even leave your house. I have been to every dispensary in the tri State of Florida for my medical needs. Seizures,PTSD and Chrons Disease. Surterra Wellness not only has the most knowledgeable and professional staff but the best quality strains but the only consistent inventory. Surterra is far and away the best dispensary in my opinion

The quality of the weed was on point Service was a ten out of ten Atmosphere was very relaxed(great vibes) I don’t really mind the prices because we’re not even a year into recreational marijuana being sold here. Over time, I would think prices would be adjusted accordingly.

They were over loaded with people and kept there professionalism !! TARINA, MERCEDES, and ANDREA were the only ones there, but they kept it moving!!! This is a nice, well stocked dispensary with really great staff. Everyone is happy to pull out the COAs and spend the time to help you find the best product for you. My only complaint is with MUV changing strains too often. As a medical patient, once I find a strain that helps me it's as important as my prescribed medication, and it's incredibly frustrating when you stop selling them completely.

I love this place and it's been my favorite dispensary since I've gotten a card. The staff is incredibly helpful and make thoughtful recommendations (not just the most expensive product or any add-on's they can sneak in). It's the best qualify for the cost and unlike some dispensaries, the quality is consistent. The rewards program is definitely generous and they have great sales. I didn't have much experience with THC when I first got my medical card and they walked me through what to expect from each product and I felt comfortable trying new products after speaking with them. Their edibles are also the best for effectiveness and flavor, but their flower and carts are also great and they always have a pretty good variety available. Def recommend.

Great people that are very knowledgeable. They take care of their costumers, and look out for your best interest. Been going here for a couple years and it’s my go to spot. I’m also a veteran with PTSD and since going there they have helped change my life.
