I have been a Medical Card Holder for over 7 years. As a patient I have been in many dispensaries. My experience at Minerva I Los Luna's has been one I'll never forget. Gi Gi is an example of someone you would hope to see in every dispensary. I've been very I'll during my visit. GiGi dropped everything to help me. I was very sick. She walked out with me, made sure I could get home. She went way above &beyond! I haven't been back for months. Today I walked in & immediately she ask how I was. I was embarrassed due to how sick I was my last visit. That disappeared in 2 minutes. She is an amazing employee! She will be the reason I return. Tim went out of his way to make sure I left with what I needed. Very kind, smiled the whole time. Again, making me extremely comfortable. Great experience! Thank u both

I just discovered cannabis delivery and I LOVE IT! You don't have to deal with pretentious "budtenders", it's cheaper and as easy as ordering a pizza. Sell your storefronts Competition. Was visiting from out of town. Pulled up in the parking lot guy greeted us outside. Went in showed us a handful of strains all looked and smelt killer. The Budtender was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The overall service, I personally wouldn't give them just 5 stars, 5 stars seems like too low of a score. This crew went above and beyond not just in asking but also listening. Their staff knows what they are talking about! The describe cannabis in terms of their terpene profile and not their thc%! Their cannabis is very aromatic! They always seem to have some type of deal going on too!
