Stopped in here on our way back home to PDX…. Feliz was amazing, we were greeted at the door and welcomed in. The selection of this cannabis is all top shelf. A little pricy but that’s what you pay for good weed anyone who is a real smoker knows that. Feliz was very knowledgeable and kind, we had a great experience and will be coming again! Give her a raise!!

Awesome spot for out of towners and locals alike. Best selection of pre-packaged products as well as a great fresh flower wall. I send my parents here for their once in a while goodies as well as friends for regular supplies. Much love.

I don't know that I've ever had an easier time at any dispensary...NV, AZ, CA, it don't matter. My dumb ass didn't catch the name of the tender that helped my homegirl and I, but she was sweet and hella patient with the two of us. The disposables and flower suggested definitely hit the spot and didn't break my wallet (that Garlic Mints tho, dayum). I don't live in Vegas, sadly... but if I did, this would be my go to for sure.

Never had a bad experience with this business! The staff is excellent, the selection is vast and always stocked. They’ve made some new additions to their team recently and everyone has been great! But to mention the old reliables, Joe is almost always my delivery driver and keeps great communication beforehand! I’ve had a couple issues with their card machine not liking my house, and I really appreciate the patience Joe has shown while I’m trying to figure it out. This dispensary has a forever customer in me!!

This location has been been my weed-staple. Unlike other (corporate-minded) dispensaries, Empire Twin Palms is a customer-centric marijuana sanctuary. Every time I've been there, its been a pleasure. During my recent experience, I was helped by Hannah. She took the time to explain their "deal(s)-of-the-day" (a strategy where, working with vendors, they promote products). I mistakenly complained about a charge on my Credit Card from NUGG. The mistake was all mine - I had forgotten that I asked for a three year membership (vs one year). I was kindly and professionally contacted by NUGG in regard to my comment - including an offer to amend my license. The service that I have received by the professionals at NUGG are outstanding - as are their products! (Sorry guys!!!)
