The store is clean and well organized with a lot of display counters and have a good variety of brands, strains and equipment. The staff is always kind and informative whenever I had questions. The the parking lot can get busy but that's pretty common.

Really impressed with MedLeaf delivery. The selection of exclusive brands is great, and I loved the Good Tide Mango Gummies I ordered.

My delivery guy I have had both times now is such a good vibed human being and I don’t even know his name. Great great service if nothing else this guy is the reason I will come back religiously.

This location has been been my weed-staple. Unlike other (corporate-minded) dispensaries, Empire Twin Palms is a customer-centric marijuana sanctuary. Every time I've been there, its been a pleasure. During my recent experience, I was helped by Hannah. She took the time to explain their "deal(s)-of-the-day" (a strategy where, working with vendors, they promote products). Been coming here for over 10 years. Back when the private reserve was the bombest stuff out. $25 a gram. Good times.. the staff has always been great there. The prices even better. They have a deal every single day. IMO its the best dispensary in the San Fernando Valley

Ive been to several dispensaries in the valley but i keep coming here (for over a year) because of Olivia and Chase. I can confidently say that Olivia and Chase are two of the most knowledgeable, helpful and nicest budtenders I've met. Olivia turned me on to Krush cbd gummies and recommended a cbd vape which as a person with several chronic conditions was AMAZING. they always know all the deals and are able to recommend various products for various needs. I've come in asking for what they recommend for different things all the time. Red moon itself is very efficient has a decent variety or various types of products. edibles, flower, joints, infused or just flower, vape, etc. They're decorating more now too, lol.

I don't like ordering delivery from other places because I've had some rude and incompetent delivery drivers before, but their driver Jordan is always nice and courteous. He's the best and I know that when he pulls up the order will be correct.
