I'm a heavy user for chronic pain, but my liver can't handle my occasional scotch, so I enjoy some recreational use also. I love this little shop. Standard configuration shop with a personable security person at the door as expected and the usual set up with budteneders at the counter, sample cases with a lovely variety of goods to consider while you wait. I've tried 3 other local shops and this is my number one for the following: 1 - Locally owned. Minority owned. LGBTQ+ owned. Employing the same. 2- I know a lot. I always learn more from them. 3-Amazing variety of strains and products. Because I'm primarily a medical user, I have to trust the shop to always have something that will work for my needs. They have never let me down and have gone above and beyond more than once. 4-Always a reasonable price, quantity discounts, good suggestions, and they pay attention to what your needs are. As noted, I use it daily for pain when I must remain alert and coherent, but I also like to try a little 'Saturday Night' bud. They have never steered me wrong. I feel like these are 'my people' and have become my primary source. .

This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. I would say I'm a regular customer here. This is for a good reason. The friendly atmosphere Fair prices and just overall feel is just immaculate. I do go to other dispensaries but when I am in Great Barrington this is the one to go to. I would recommend anyone looking to go to a dispensary to go to this one they are very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. And they will offer good recommendations if you're not sure what you're looking for. Once again you guys do a great job there keep up the good work and can't wait to see you soon.

This dispensary was extremely helpful and the employees are very nice! They walked me through the entire process ok my first visit and made it very easy to understand the process. I had no background in smoking before going to Columbia Care. They could tell I was nervous, and were able to explain the entire process for me. The process is very well organized and the product selection is very good here. I recommend them all the time to my buddies who are might be looking for a new dispensary.

Wow. I have been in a lot of dispensaries in my life & this, Peak location, ranks among the best. The cannabis flower is very, very nice, enhanced by the deli-style ordering because you can smell & see what you are getting. My bud-tender was helpful & patient with me as I chose my purchases. Beyond that, even though this is a recreational use facility, the kindness & compassion demonstrated by the staff really moved me.

Best place to go. They have people behind the counter working and if there's a line it goes fast. But seeing a line at a place like this says souch about this place. Obviously it's the place to go. Great staff and product, love you guys

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. I like the quality of the product, the variety of options is nice and plentiful. I like the Canterra delivery service, the speed and range of delivery is excellent. I also got a free Canterra t-shirt with 2 grams of cannabis on 4/20.

Please keep the Eddie Parker Brand around! Their products are absolutely wonderful!
