They are trying to get you the medicine and delivery method that is right for you. These people are so pleasant and fun. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I purchase here on a regular basis "weekly* and have never had negative experience. Every representative that I have met has been courteous and informative and professional. And they do remember who you are it makes you feel comfortable coming back. All of the products delivery exactly as advertised, And sign up with them the rewards are great and the products are always affordable. I get great reviews from everyone I've refer here as well.

Trulieve tarpon springs always friendly staff and seem to have good stock compared to some busier locations that may run out fast of things like minis. Very helpful staff, my last visit I had a complicated order and had to change out a few things and Jodi took care of everything while still making me feel like she was happy to help.

Great staff. Very knowledgeable and eager to help suggest products that might solve your challenges. Products are high quality. These guys focus on fewer strains, but IMHO have higher quality, more easily consumed products. Their pricing is competitive as is their rewards program.

I don’t have any complains so far! First time shopper, meaning I got 60% off was wonderful! I got a great selection of strains amongst concentrate, cartridges, edibles and flower for a 100 bucks! Very nice and clean environment with kind staff!

I love this store, I used to have to commute to Winterhaven for my medicine now I shop locally!!! They had a brand new variety of products today when I stopped by and The staff are always positive and happy to see you when you walk in, always smiles! Tracey was very patient and helpful. Her coworker was very nice also. I had been curious about going and did not feel like getting dressed today due to the tropical storm and felt kind of stupid NOT being dressed or having my hair and makeup done, but they did not treat me any differently than any other customer that would have been all dressed up and that made me feel just as confident and not anxious as I had been walking in the doors!

When you go there, make sure to ask for Jarin, one of the managers for this store. All the people are very friendly and knowledgeable. Tell them what you want and they'll do their best to get what you need. They always have different sales going on and I get a text message whenever the sale items change. This last time both my son and I got 60% off everything because it was our third time in the store. They also have other discounts, like a 25% veterans discount.
