This is David Bruce Bennett, just wanted to say thank you so much Surterra, for having such wonderful products, and med tenders, I would like to thank, Makalia, Brad, Chris, Brittney, Kenneth, Tre, and others, as I will learn your names, also, anyway, I wanted to leave a tip, as they are working hard to keep us medicated, but did not see a tip jar, I would like this to change!!, this plant is one of the reasons I stay in this world, as I have a severe mental illness, bipolar 1, so please change this Surterra!! This review is for the Avon Park store.... My second visit at this location and both times service has been outstanding !!!! Gregory has been very helpful to me both times .I have found the staff will go out of their way to make sure you get the right medication . Compared to other dispensaries I have been to this one is by far is my favorite !!!!! The quality that I receive and the great pricing is another reason I will be going back to this location...

Great store. Great quality of products. Little more expensive than other dispensaries but worth it usually because of quality. Employees are always pretty nice. Only thing that’s not amazing is I’ve noticed it will take a minimum 20+mins to get checked in, seen and pickup your products. Opposed to other stores in town taking 5+ mins. However definitely recommend.

Love this store. Always quick in-and-out. Online ordering/pickup is easy and convenient. Employees are always friendly and have great knowledge about the different products. Price is the best in town as well. Hands down my favorite dispensary.

Hello! This is one of my favorite stores in Florida. The branding, atmosphere, and quality product are what thrives about this store.

Love this place. From the products, to the atmosphere. Everything is amazing!! I swear by the scalp oil, it REALLY stimulates growth. I have to keep a bottle of it in my home. Once you buy, you’ll be back!

The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I’m new to the MMJ community so I had many questions and all the employees were great. I highly recommend this dispensary.

The medtenders and front desk host are very friendly and are willing to fit every need you could possibly have. Their products are by far the best I’ve had in my 3 years of being a patient. I highly recommend the new Keif that MUV released. It is very helpful when needing an extra kick for pain or sleep. Overall, beyond satisfactory.

Very great service, they always have specials with good prices and the bud tenders are very knowledgeable when recommending strains.

The staff is very informative and they made me feel at ease in lieu of totally no clue person. I was surprised how affordable it was with discounts applied. I love this location! They have a nice selection of flower with great prices. The staff is amazing and are very knowledgeable. No complaints from me! I highly recommend this location!

I love this store, I used to have to commute to Winterhaven for my medicine now I shop locally!!! They had a brand new variety of products today when I stopped by and The staff are always positive and happy to see you when you walk in, always smiles! They know exactly how to help you and are always getting new items in each week. I feel like part of the team every time I stop in for my meds! this place is a huge success, thank you!

Best Dispensary in town. Fastest Trulieve i’ve ever been to as well. Super nice staff, love this place!
