Everyone at the Sarasota store has always been helpful to me in every way! They have always gone that extra step to make sure I got the best deals and service. I drive an extra 10 miles but worth the drive. Deb., Sam and all the budtenders at this store do a great job of providing patients with great service, excellent products, and an overall great cannabis shopping experience. Absolutely amazing medical dispensary, staff is very knowledgeable kind and friendly they remember you. They always give me the best advice and best price is available. They are on track and keep me in the loop when an item I want is out they are first to call me.

My driver was awesome, very informative on the products, and super easy to talk to. Everyone on their team has been awesome, from the guy who called me to tell me that my order was under $75 and there would be a fee, had I not known I would've paid the same amount for less products. Also special shoutout to Eddie, whenever I call their Orlando location if he's in I'm talking to him. Dude is super cool, very informative, gave a awesome breakdown on the vape carts, and he needs a raise, or a promotion. Make him VP or something, dude is awesome. This is now my go-to spot.

I want to say I feel that their first priority is Oils, vapes, products of those items. I feel weed is second priority here. Great people here.

For such a small town, they have a better selection than most of Tupelo. Anything you need specifically, they will always do their best to get for you. Just wanted to say been coming here for a while and it's the place for price, selection, quality, and quantity. But the main thing about clould 9 is the people that work here they go above and beyond to help you and somehow make you fill like your family. There is a big place in my heart for these people without them I would not be able to afford my medicine and I'm seriously disabled it's people like Joe and his mom that keep me believing life still has meaning thank yall for what you do. They answered all of my questions and helped to tailor products specifically to my needs. They took up time to make sure I understood everything and they were just so nice.
