Very nice place. Very clean and nice decor. Service was fine. Didn’t really get a happy hello but the bud tender was not rude at all, and they were decently busy so very understandable. Good prices and sales on full gram carts. All and all would recommend they seem pretty busy so keep that in mind.

Surterra Wellness not only has the most knowledgeable and professional staff but the best quality strains but the only consistent inventory. People be so sensitive to the wrong things. Pay attention to how things are and it speaks for itself. I enjoy coming to this location although the experience is way different than the Cali one I visited. This isn't all that bad, but you can see the room for so much improvement, which is good. All in all, awesome place all around.

Went in today before the store closing early, because of Hurricane Helene, staff was so helpful. Eli went above and beyond assisting with my order, he is knowledgeable about the products and was able to help me select the best products within my budget. Eli and Juan Carlos were working when I went in and both staff members were very friendly and wished patients to stay safe during storm.
