I highly recommend this place for any cannabis product. Great and consistent customer service. I was just attended by Rebecca and she not only helped me identify a strain I was looking for she also made me laugh and feel very comfortable. (Thanks Rebecca, you are amazing!)

My driver was awesome, very informative on the products, and super easy to talk to. Everyone on their team has been awesome, from the guy who called me to tell me that my order was under $75 and there would be a fee, had I not known I would've paid the same amount for less products. Also special shoutout to Eddie, whenever I call their Orlando location if he's in I'm talking to him. Dude is super cool, very informative, gave a awesome breakdown on the vape carts, and he needs a raise, or a promotion. Make him VP or something, dude is awesome. This is now my go-to spot.

Terrific place.They had the Mega xbites edibles 50mg and also had a terrific deal on them. All the other Curaleaf stores ran out. I also love the piña colada tincure,the smell alone opening the bottle is wonderful.

AYR in Eustis is the best in Central Florida. They have the best products, sweet deals, and really nice, knowledgeable people. I've been to other dispensaries and there's no comparison. Been here a few times! Luis was my budtender twice and was very friendly and knowledgeable! After a bad experience at MUV, truileve is now my favorite dispensary in central Florida! would recommend the eustis store to anyone in the Orlando area just because of the staff that works there!

I walked in to make my purchased on a Sunday afternoon. I initially expected it to be busy, but it was actually less than a 5 minute wait. I had the opportunity to work with Tylor and he was all over it. He made great recommendations and also took the time to explain the new dispensable calculations. Thanks again Tylor. I would say just the overall experience at this location with their team has been better than the other surrounding locations.

Let me start that the staff is always friendly very helpful and knowledgeable as a first timer I felt very at ease with the whole process I have not been anywhere else (to many horror stories) But always a But right LOL I would like to see some other deals in the ways of percentages off products the only such deal is for a first time customer nothing for the loyal customers

This was my first visit to this dispensary and wow! They have friendly/excellent customer service. I did not ever feel rushed and Michelle kindly answered all of my questions and was super helpful and friendly. I’ve had experiences elsewhere here in Florida where the employees look like they hate their lives working in a certain dispensary and I never felt welcomed and always felt like a number. Not here. Excellent selection of quality medical product, accessories and great first time promotion. I will definitely be back!!

I have bought from multiple dispensaries and have found Trulieve to have the best products and most efficient service. Until today I have always used their delivery option (which is outstanding since they accurately give short window times and call before delivery). Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget.
