I have bought from multiple dispensaries and have found Trulieve to have the best products and most efficient service. Until today I have always used their delivery option (which is outstanding since they accurately give short window times and call before delivery). Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget. I hope management comes to realize that her potential is being underutilized, and that she will drive success and prosperity to the company. Thank you Trulieve and Bianca!

I stopped by on 420 and I was very surprised. I found that Truclear 9lb hamner concentrate was on sale. Scott was very knowledgable and helpfull. I go to Trulieve because I know that I can trust Trulieve to have the very best products. I highly recomend Trulieve and their products. The budtenders ,are very knowledgeable about all of there products, they also help one surf through all of the specials and sales to help keep some of your money in your pocket. I have smoked Marijuana for many years and the only edibles that have worked for me came from Planet 13, thanks to the encouragement of the budtenders. way to go!

Very nice clean store, they greet you as soon as you walk in. Didn’t have an issue finding my online orders, plus informed me of deals going on. Since I was first time buyer they also informed me of the discounts I could get (I was getting items on sale so I couldn’t add that to the checkout).

I am always amazed at the great service. I was helped today by Carly, she helped me understand the point system and saved me some money. She was very pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable.

I want to say I feel that their first priority is Oils, vapes, products of those items. I feel weed is second priority here. Great people here.
