Thank you to the amazing staff at the Okeechobee store. You guys are amazing. You make it look seemless and effortless. You always wear a smile no matter what is going on. We didn't feel the shortage of Mini's as much as all the other stores because Sabi took care of us. She went thru hell and high heaven by reaching out to the Managers of the Suppliers. We don't feel a lot because of Sabi and her incredible staff. Savannah thank you for your beautiful smile and always being attentive to everyone. Lauryn, thank you for being simply awesome. You need a paid day off from Sabi. Honey, go home at least one day a week. lol Christina thank you, Chris you are amazing. I can not thank you enough for all you do. Your store is impeccable. Nice store. Nice waiting area. Website is simple and easy. High quality product. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Been to a few other Dispensaries around the Treasure Coast and MÜV Sebastian, FL is my go to dispensary and location.

First time in a dispensary. I went in for Black Friday sale. I am agoraphobic. I usually get deliveries from Trulieve to Fellsmere out of the Stuart, FL store by ordering online or through the main Trulieve number. The Sebastian store were organized, clean, nice and got me in and out as fast as possible. A normal day I'm sure would have been much faster.

The staff are excellent and have a great knowledge base. They offer text alerts to stay updated on the daily sales. There are discounts daily and they offer a good veterans discount.

This is my favorite dispensary & not just because it’s the closest. The staff is great!! Prices are great!! They are the fastest with filling online & getting their patients in & out.

I love the atmosphere at this Fluent. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

It was my first visit on Monday the 15th. Reception was friendly upon arrival. Both customer service people were very welcoming when I told them I was a first timer to Trulieve. Planet13 was my first dispensary experience in FL. I come from another state with access to rec and med. Idk what these other reviews are talking about, bc I had a great experience! Staff was awesome, chatted me up about FL regs and new customer need to know info. Gave solid responses when asked about respective strains and product, everyone was on their A-game. A "pharmacist" or what I refer to colloquially as an Old Head came to the desk after I purchased a d reminded the cashier about the First Timer discount which made my purchase much less than I anticipated. I left feeling very supported and excited, will definitely return. Product is also tested and approved... by me.

This store has such a happy positive vibe! The products are solid and staff is fire. Im enjoying the blue berry waffle bud I got a few weeks ago tonight. I saw a sour review a few days ago but I really can’t imagine that place or the staff being anything other than helpful and kind. Keep up the good work

They’re phenomenal. Great product, superior product and they have incredible customer service. They have a lot of product, so many strains, such a selection. Their product is also strong. The distillate is AWESOME.
