Tracey was very patient and helpful. Her coworker was very nice also. I had been curious about going and did not feel like getting dressed today due to the tropical storm and felt kind of stupid NOT being dressed or having my hair and makeup done, but they did not treat me any differently than any other customer that would have been all dressed up and that made me feel just as confident and not anxious as I had been walking in the doors!

The budtenders ,are very knowledgeable about all of there products, they also help one surf through all of the specials and sales to help keep some of your money in your pocket. I have smoked Marijuana for many years and the only edibles that have worked for me came from Planet 13, thanks to the encouragement of the budtenders. way to go!

I have received the best service from the staff at MUV and excellent advice in alternative THC delivery systems which are OK with my Kidney Team . I've been to a few dispensaries and Star Buds has by far the best flower selection! I don't know if it's because of what they call deli-style ( Pick your own buds in any amount you want) or what but it feels like they have so much more.

The store is well displayed with actual flower to look and smell before purchase. the staff were very well educated on the product and were the only ones that have a %of terps in the flower not just the thc. i was able to get some super tasty choices and they have great deals.

When you go there, make sure to ask for Jarin, one of the managers for this store. All the people are very friendly and knowledgeable. Tell them what you want and they'll do their best to get what you need. They always have different sales going on and I get a text message whenever the sale items change. This last time both my son and I got 60% off everything because it was our third time in the store. They also have other discounts, like a 25% veterans discount.

During my second-ever visit last week, I thought I'd lost a keepsake -- my dead dog's ashes in a spent .38 casing -- when I pulled cash out my pocket. Went back and the manager spent 10 minutes reviewing tape before saying it wasn't lost there (later found it beneath the car seat). I thought that was extraordinarily considerate of the guy, and he made a customer for life. Nothing to dislike about the products, place or people. Can't say the same about Beyond/Hello, sorry I ever stepped foot in such a sterile place, with all the charm of a WalMart and employees only slightly more engaging. Ascend is superior in every respect.

At first there was some issues. Of course me being a first timer and not knowing certain things and Vice versa is what lead to these issues. So I had decided not to deal with this store and just go elsewhere at this point but then this professional,polite,kind, patient and lovely lady by the name of Abby came in and fixed the issue and on top of that walk me through the settings and process and just like that I haven’t gone to no other place in fact I come here just because she is here. Btw thank you again today for helping me out again. She really goes above and beyond.

They have the highest quality and highest potency Marijauna that I have come across! They were highly recommended by a friend and patient of theres which is why I went there first! Boy am I happy I did! I have to say my friend has really good taste! I have had my card for two days and within the two days I have had it! I have visited Curaleaf, Fluent, and Trulieve! Out of all of those MUV reminds me of the extremely high quality buds that I saw out in Las Vegas in 2018! Which still happens to be the bar all other Marijauna has been judged against! Great prices and SUPER helpful staff. just tell em what's broken and they will find the flower that fixes it. The only 2 things I could say I would change is 1. They treat ptsd and severe anxiety patients. yet the waiting room is tiny and always full. 2. Not really much they can do here, but newer champion strains. They do rotate frequently to stay on top of the newest strains available in this area and they have awesome staple strains. It just sucks reading and seeing award winning new herbs (first class funk)(jigglers)(permanent marker)and have no hope of trying it before its been bred out of existence. This is not naturals fault though. Its the growers and supply chain.
