This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. I love this place and it's been my favorite dispensary since I've gotten a card. The staff is incredibly helpful and make thoughtful recommendations (not just the most expensive product or any add-on's they can sneak in). It's the best qualify for the cost and unlike some dispensaries, the quality is consistent. The rewards program is definitely generous and they have great sales. I didn't have much experience with THC when I first got my medical card and they walked me through what to expect from each product and I felt comfortable trying new products after speaking with them. Their edibles are also the best for effectiveness and flavor, but their flower and carts are also great and they always have a pretty good variety available. Def recommend.

I stopped by Rise on Detroit in Lakewood this morning 8-15-24 and had a wonderful experience. The person who checked me in John V was welcoming and efficient. I have been coming to this location for the last 2 years and because of people like him, I will continue to do so.

Comfortable friendly shop with helpful employees. Easy on and off I90 using Bunts/West 140th exit. Safe, well-lit parking. Highly recommend shopping here.

Samantha took care of me, I was so overwhelmed and had tons of questions and she answered them and was patient with me. She took me through a lot of there products an explain it’s affects and other stuff that made the cannabis strong and what don’t. Totally looking forward to going back!

Great staff. Very knowledgeable and eager to help suggest products that might solve your challenges. Products are high quality. These guys focus on fewer strains, but IMHO have higher quality, more easily consumed products. Their pricing is competitive as is their rewards program.
