I love this place very clean. Serena was awesome to work with make you feel like old friends. I pass 5 other dispensary just to go to this store.

I almost didn't believe that it could be this easy to get a product that not only is it quality but bypasses the stress of having to obtain it from somebody or someplace that is not monitored or regulated quality control. Besides the simple ordering process online, the quick pickup in store the safe security that is there to make everybody feel safe.And of course, the wonderful staff that are always pleasant to be around. The store is very clean.They offer accessories and odoring stations. The only thing I would recommend is a membership or promotional goodies for return clients and not just medical clients.

I come there twice a month from New Martinsville area and always been happy with prices and everything about this place until today prices are way up and way to much for taxes but I'll still be there as always love the employees there I've always had a great experience .Prices should go down tho it's getting to be to much

I was in the shop today and tried the AK-47 and the cheetah piss 1g pre-roll. OMG, if you are looking for a creeper, the cheetah piss is your go-to and has a very calming effect. The AK-47 is great and the high is amazing. Thank you for the amazing customer service!

First of all, they stay open to a decent time on Sundays. Tonight I went in on a poormans budget. Bailey helped me get exactly what I needed, and was always smiling and recommended different products for me. She even called me back when left my debit card. Great great service.

I Love the environment at Herbal Phoenix, They are very knowledgeable about their products, everything is tax included so there are no surprise fees or anything like that so the price you see on their menu is the price that you pay. Not to mention they always have a variety of flower in stock a little something for everyone. I also love the fact that they keep leafly updated regularly so you know what they have in stock and what they don't have, and all their flower is tested so that is a plus for me. The staff is very friendly and it is a great environment will definitely make this my go to spot cant beat their deals and customer service! I love this place!! I always get the Michigan cherry pie Preroll deal. It's $35 and you get some big joints in a cool metal tin, it's reusable and the particular strain is high in CBD and CBN. Best genetics ever!!
