Clone Budtender Amanda Safe Wellness staff are always wonderful and helpful to me. The store is clean, organized and informational throughout. One particular budtender stands out the most, Amanda, she was very chill and patient with a newbie like me. She was able to answer all my questions and even stop me from getting an edible that might have been too much for me. Her recommendations are always spot on. So Sage Wellness I don’t how but you might want to clone her.

Short wait, extremely helpful staff. Took a solid 30 minutes to review the menu with me and made a few great recommendations. As another reviewer mentioned, the vibes are immaculate.

This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. This place has such friendly knowledgeable staff. Sam greeted me outside because I was having a hard time finding the place. I believe Jake or Jacob was the guy helped me out with the flower and showed me some different strains. He also showed me a new website for additional information since I was interested healing some alignments I have. They both recommended some ice cream. Which by the way was delicious. I highly recommend this place. It was clean people were nice and had fair prices. Thank you guys for your help and being so friendly and welcoming also not being pushy and just trying to make a sale.

I've shopped at multiple Puffy locations and they all have been worth revisiting. The Kalamazoo store is my favorite though. Friendly staff, knowledgeable budtenders and great flower selections.

Professional, knowledgeable staff; atmosphere was fun, product easy to find, and I felt comfortable. (I'm autistic, this is extremely important to me.) Staff gave me excellent guidance on products that address my specific needs- vegetarian edibles and appropriate dosing for me. Your 250 mg sour gummy edibles are both delicious and effective - I sleep so well!

Beautiful storefront and shop floor. A++ customer service, Tyler specifically was an absolute delight. She gave wonderful feedback on all the products we asked about. Fire quality products at reasonable prices unlike some in the area with same quality and sky high prices. Will definitely be back.
