We love this place, it’s like no other dispensary you’ll find in this area. It’s a quaint little shop with lots of good energy. It’s built inside what was once a grocery/butcher shop from the late 1800s. It has a shabby chic vibe, but if you need help finding what you need, the knowledgeable cannaseurs there know how to help you find that perfect bud or vape or gummy that will work for you. (Or resin or rosin or drinks, whatever you are looking for.) If you’re in the area, you really should stop in and just see this little gem! Almost forgot - the owner, Kelly, has her own brands. MYTCBD is the CBD brand and Torch Cannabis Co is her own brand for cannabis products she makes in her lab. She makes dosing oils, gummies, and vapes, and candy that is delicious. All of her stuff is full spectrum and gives a great experience. And the best part is she runs great deals every day.

Short wait, extremely helpful staff. Took a solid 30 minutes to review the menu with me and made a few great recommendations. As another reviewer mentioned, the vibes are immaculate.

This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. Pricing and availability of a variety of products and delivery systems are consistent and affordable. The specials, “clear the vault” offerings, and repeat customer discounts are more reasons to keep visiting. 6 months ago my cart had gotten stolen while was at a friends halloween party , when i had showed up to her house got out of my car it was there in the grass dirty but the oil was still clean the inside was not dirty and it still worked still charged everything it survived 6 months on rain and snow i didn’t expect to work i HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place

Travel from Alpena for the best in area. High Level is just that high level.. And consistent on there strains.

Kaylee was a wonderful bud tender. She helped find the perfect strain for my husband. I would recommend to ask her if you’re looking for something specific. She is on top of it. Truly had an amazing experience there.

My husband and I shopped here and Ryan was amazing. He helped us find what we were looking for and really spent a lot of time getting us the best deals for what we were looking for. While there we chatted with a few other employees. I wish I had caught their names as well, they were very knowledgeable. We will definitely be shopping again here. Amazing people!!!
