Today for the first time I had trouble opening the PDF of my medical card. I was directed to talk to Chris, who really knows his way around a phone! He helped me get out to the state site just to re-download my card, and filed it away so that I had options of ways to open it. Good Job thwarting my panic attack (:. And then found me a better deal than what I had ordered and saved me about $30! They do go above and beyond here.

I'm really beginning to hate their website it has become almost impossible to place an order ahead of time because the site keeps freezing up.

Every employee in there is super chill and very knowledgeable about each and every product. It seems like they’ve all tried everything they carry so that they can tell you from experience what it’s like. The selection is premium for what you can get in Indiana, and the prices are great (lots of little discounts available too!). This is my new go-to shop!!

Friendly staff and fast service every visit. Usually have some great sales going on and their living wall is awesome! Haven’t checked out the lounge yet but I’m sure it’s great.

I’ve been coming to this Rise since legalization and wow what a change. The newly remodeled building is amazing. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Greg is the man! He knows everything. Always fun laughing with the people behind the counter too. Some funny ass mfers. Always a good experience here and their selection has drastically improved.

I've been to a few dispensaries and Star Buds has by far the best flower selection! I don't know if it's because of what they call deli-style ( Pick your own buds in any amount you want) or what but it feels like they have so much more.

I am from Chicago and I have been to every weed place around exit 1 in New Buffalo. This place is hands down the best dispensary I have been to. I had corey or Cory as my bud tender. She was an expert at the strains... I have struggled with the strains that give me the high I'm looking for and she knew exactly what I was explaining to her. She was awesome and friendly and I came home with great strains I can't find in Illinois. The staff also had a computer error they had to fix from my online order and they worked hard to fix the error. I am truly happy I found a dispensary I enjoy and the vibe is awesome. This is quite frankly my favorite errand to run every month. I was getting paid once a month by my previous employer so I set my stash up for a once monthly re-up cycle. Not long after I got my medical card I was at my monthly stop when I saw a dog on a leash in the building that was not a service dog. I confirmed with the staff that dogs were allowed in the building and ever since then I have brought my Daniff (English Mastiff x Great Dane) with me. She loves all the staff and they love her back! When we walk in she's jumping on the counter and getting showered with treats before I even get checked in lol. Love the store and the people in it. Great service, great deals, membership points exchangeable for cash, you name it.

They constantly rock it out of the park. Best prices, drive thru is awesome.
