I've shopped at multiple Puffy locations and they all have been worth revisiting. The Kalamazoo store is my favorite though. Friendly staff, knowledgeable budtenders and great flower selections.

GREAT customer service and quality! Seriously some of the best I've had. Good deals and nice atmosphere. The downtown location doesn't have curbside at the moment, but it wasn't an issue for us. Just a heads up if you order online.

Best shop around with the nicest budtenders out there. The selection is top notch. The building is clean and inviting. I know I have gotten anxiety just sitting in some waiting rooms but firelands is very professional and condition business as so. My go to shop and have never let me down. Prices are about what you'd expect, and got some edibles for a good deal! Super nice dudes, low bar but me and my friends are visibly trans and they treated us kindly. Can definitely recommend if you're like me and get nervous going new places!
