My bestie & I went there to celebrate her 70th birthday recently....great staff, great product, great experience !!! Will definitely go back, at least for my 62nd birthday in a few months if not before!!

Twice before while purchasing I had Zack for filling my order. What a knowledgable, kind, professional young man. He reviewed products specific to my questions and symptoms. He even provided multiple web sites and explained full spectrum and products to research with different terpines. I changed dispensaries and now will only go to PGH west, north Fayette. This is my go to dispensary outta the two here in Erie, people are awesome and friendly and also very knowledgeable, they can help you recommend a strain or vape cart for your specific needs the atmosphere is great, I've never had an issue with anyone here at this dispensary I'd recommend this dispensary to everyone they do a great job....thanks and see yah soon!

Great prices and SUPER helpful staff. just tell em what's broken and they will find the flower that fixes it. The only 2 things I could say I would change is 1. They treat ptsd and severe anxiety patients. yet the waiting room is tiny and always full. 2. Not really much they can do here, but newer champion strains. They do rotate frequently to stay on top of the newest strains available in this area and they have awesome staple strains. It just sucks reading and seeing award winning new herbs (first class funk)(jigglers)(permanent marker)and have no hope of trying it before its been bred out of existence. This is not naturals fault though. Its the growers and supply chain.

Rise is my favorite dispencery to go too. The deals are amazing half the time the people are very friendly you walk out feeling like you're part of one big family lol I have to give a huge shout out to (LU) She's very friendly! Her customer service skills are great! She made a comment that had me smiling the rest of the day. She interacts with people very well in my opinion! Thank you for helping me in every way possible when I visited rise! I will definitely recommend rise to anyone!
