I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. This place has the coolest guy behind the counter. Always get me the right product at the right price. Never leave that place empty handed you may well regret it if you do.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They addressed all our questions, didn't make us feel rushed or uncomfortable and helped with decisions on our medical needs. Went the extra mile while providing a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be returning for our future needs. Highly recommend to anyone new or experienced with Medical marijuana.

What I originally noticed upon being greeted by the Receptionist at Cloud was the warm and welcoming attitude she had. She was so kind! Everyone actually was! Then as I made my way back to the “BiG” room oh my goodness! I was greeted right away by at least 3 smiles however it was easy to tell exactly who my Budtender was! I gave him a run for his money too lol, I know what I want and he delivered no hesitation. He also offered a few suggestions on some sales and I obliged! Good job Cloud Cannabis Sincerely Kp

Been there several times with my girlfriend. Shes wild as a march hare but the employees are always tolerant and polite. Quick to serve and in the know if asked a question concerning different strains. Great prices, friendly and knowledgeable employees. Got my business when im around those parts every time! Peace NC! This is the best place ever!!!! Even tho they do not control the actual products, bc everything comes sealed, I’ve only found 1 product that I was able to return bc I had the receipt! They have no problem doing an exchange! Ppl need to educate themselves about medical marijuana for the state of OK and I think it wouldn’t take a genius to know you have to have that states card or a temp out of state. Anyways, hoping this review is read and know this is one of the best in McCurtain County! Stop by shop with them, they are amazing! And don’t forget to tip your Budtender! And if you think they are rude then you don’t get their humor. Love you guys, Terrie, Dalton annd Jack, and I’ll be seeing ya’ll today!!

I’m from out of state so I get a temp card every month! Bud Buffet is always my 1st stop then I cruise to one or 2 more in the area, but this place is by far my fave! Great prices for great quality and quantities, and Grant is the best budtender!! The owners are awesome and down to earth! The shop is always decorated with styles! Love LOVE this place and I definitely recommend it!! They just need to get suckers, that would keep me from going to the other 1-2 shops lol lol!!! Always tip your BUDTENDER!!! Peace!

Robot Pharmer in Broken Bow has it all... great staff, great product and always great selection. Friendly and helpful staff make for an awesome experience. Atmosphere is laid back. There is a degree of excitement every time I pull into their parking lot! So much to experience! 5 Star***** Recommended!!!
