I have been a "regular" at Ayr since last summer and I continue to receive outstanding, professional, timely service. Budtenders in particular that have been extremely helpful and have made great recommendations are Kyle, Dee, Sal, Kevin and Drew. I wish I knew everyone else's names, as they are also helpful. They have been having sales galore, so many in fact that I still haven't used my 3rd new patient discount yet and it's been almost 6 months! Great selection, hit the sales, there's always something going on. It's given me the opportunity to dabble a bit with different consumption methods and strains. I do wish they would have sales from time to time on accessories but they have a good loyalty points system put in place that can be used for that. All in all, I love this place, these people feel like family after a bit.

Had a good experience with the budtender who helped me getting flower for my anxiety

I'm a heavy user for chronic pain, but my liver can't handle my occasional scotch, so I enjoy some recreational use also. I love this little shop. Standard configuration shop with a personable security person at the door as expected and the usual set up with budteneders at the counter, sample cases with a lovely variety of goods to consider while you wait. I've tried 3 other local shops and this is my number one for the following: 1 - Locally owned. Minority owned. LGBTQ+ owned. Employing the same. 2- I know a lot. I always learn more from them. 3-Amazing variety of strains and products. Because I'm primarily a medical user, I have to trust the shop to always have something that will work for my needs. They have never let me down and have gone above and beyond more than once. 4-Always a reasonable price, quantity discounts, good suggestions, and they pay attention to what your needs are. As noted, I use it daily for pain when I must remain alert and coherent, but I also like to try a little 'Saturday Night' bud. They have never steered me wrong. I feel like these are 'my people' and have become my primary source. .

Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very kind. Items I left with were of good quality.

I have been fortunate enough to experience a hand full of different dispensaries in different states and i can say this is by far the best in Illinois! Great staff! Awesome product selection! Great prices! And patient employees with manners which is there most precious resource. They always offer great deals and you can tell they are run by good hearted people. last but not least they have a great set up here, i mean great!!! Jason was my budtender today at Sunnyside Wrigleyville and he really knows his strains very knowledgeable and friendly. Companies need people like Jason. He's the reason why companies thrive and become successful he's at the front lines making sure people are satisfied and no matter how good the product is, if the service doesn't match you won't get customers back. Kudos Jason, you're AWESOME and have a positive vibe we need more people like you in the world.

From when I recd my card I shop nowhere else but Trulieve on 3rd and Packer in Philly. Has a parking lot. On line order are done quickly. Staff is great. I can't wait until you can have a lounge and cup a tea and a doobie on the premises would be awesome.

I like the quality of the product, the variety of options is nice and plentiful. I like the Canterra delivery service, the speed and range of delivery is excellent. I also got a free Canterra t-shirt with 2 grams of cannabis on 4/20.

They offer recreational and medical at this location as well as a medical monday discount. I enjoy coming here and they make the process smooth and easy. Of course i always pre-order, that helps to have a good system in place, which they do!
