Great place, great staff, great product and great prices!!! You can't go wrong! They opened on the 25th so go see them!!!!

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. this place is great . I drive an extra 1 1/2 hours to go here . the people are great , friendly , and knowledgeable about the product. The quality of the product is very good and the prices are fair . This is my go-to place for my smoking needs .

The staff at this location have been super helpful with recommendations and teaching me about the basics of cannabis. Love visiting here! Wish it was a bit cheaper, otherwise I love this dispensary!

Their budtenders are very knowledgeable about their products, extremely friendly, and helpful at getting whatever you need. They often have outstanding deals and their rewards program can save you a good chunk of change! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I LOVE this dispensary!

The employees always seem happy to help no matter how busy the store is or inexperienced the customers are. They have some of the best prices in the state and have some house brands constantly on sale! If you’re in the area check them out.

I always place an order online for pickup and it's ready when I get there. Navigating the website and ordering is easy. There are always deals on their wide variety of products and they have a rewards system. You can prepay online or pay when you pickup your goods. The quality of products definitely depends on what you buy. Prices are high right now but I'm sure it's because they're the only dispensary within a several mile radius.

Liz at the marquette fire station bud tender was very helpful and friendly and I will recommend this store.

My bud-tender Avery was professional knowledgeable personable. She also remembered me and what I prefer.

They go thru alot of employees, but that seems to be standard at all the bud stores. However if your lucky enough to know one of there day ones Ian then your in luck. One of my favorite butenders in all of marquette county. He always takes care of me. Being a vet I appreciate him greatly. Never hesitate to shop here.

We drove 4 hours round trip, it was well worth it. We were greeted with a great customer service smile by Armando, he informed us of everything we needed to know being first time customers. Corey then greeted us at the door, he answered our questions and referred us to a certain product, it was super quick and easy. I recommend The Firehouse, it's also easy to find on Hwy 139. Thank you guys for a great experience!!!
