I thought they are all nice and knowledgeable. Sometimes might not be as engaging as they usually are, but no one can ever be that “on point.”

The quality of the weed was on point Service was a ten out of ten Atmosphere was very relaxed(great vibes) I don’t really mind the prices because we’re not even a year into recreational marijuana being sold here. Over time, I would think prices would be adjusted accordingly.

I come there twice a month from New Martinsville area and always been happy with prices and everything about this place until today prices are way up and way to much for taxes but I'll still be there as always love the employees there I've always had a great experience .Prices should go down tho it's getting to be to much

I have been fortunate enough to experience a hand full of different dispensaries in different states and i can say this is by far the best in Illinois! Great staff! Awesome product selection! Great prices! And patient employees with manners which is there most precious resource. They always offer great deals and you can tell they are run by good hearted people. last but not least they have a great set up here, i mean great!!! Very friendly great products and great terps prices it’s a amazing place I go there 2 times a week I got a usual there so that tells you it’s a nice place everything I have purchased I got free edibles with anything I bought and wide range of things to purchase but 10/10 check them out it won’t disappoint

I was in beyond hello 7-18-25 and the CSR at the window Caeden was his name and he found me exactly what I was looking for. He was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable of the product Beyond Hello had. The woman at register 5 that day took very good care of me treated me very nice was very helpful and friendly.
