This is absolutely the finest cannabis lounge in the Coachella valley. Everyone who works here from the armed guards and bud tenders to the buyer and owner understands customer service. The facility is nicely laid out and there is plenty of light and nice areas to settle into and chill out for a bit while enjoying their selection of products. However the absolute best thing about The Vault is the special event nights like the regular BINGO Wednesdays they have been doing since the fall of 2021. Fun and full of laughs and enjoyment. They have steadfastly remained open and staffed throughout the pandemic and are the single bright spot for my life over this extended pandemic. They are the BEST!

Can't beat the quality bud sold here. All grown in living soil, making it organic. Their Akta products are out of this world, and made from that same flower, and all solvent less, making it all organic as well. Wonderful, knowledgeable staff and great location. Can't get products like theirs anywhere else in Carbondale, so I'm a permanent customer! Skip 'good' flower and tumbledweeb and be sure to spend your money on connoisseur quality stuff here instead.

Number one the budtenders there are literally like my homies, just can’t ever get over that and the product is out of this world. I had horrible anxiety for a good week or two and all I had was sativa, long story short I get there and all I got to say is “anxiety” before the budtender gives me the exact product I was askin for. AB is the best dispensary in the valley without a doubt. The owners/employees are definitely all about helping people with the wonders of MMJ. They are extremely compassionate, they have an amazing selection of tree, cartridges, tinctures, edibles, topicals, etc. The budtenders definitely know their stuff and the quality of their products is unsurpassed. Everyone in my family uses CBD and/or THC for a wide range of medical issues and none of us have ever been disappointed with their products. I won’t even consider going anywhere else.
