My experience with Trinity was awesome! Good Vibes, Great atmosphere and quality products

Great overall selection of flower, edibles, topical creams for joint and pain relief and top shelf concentrates for dabs and bongs. The bud tenders are super patient and friendly. They also have a loyalty rewards program. I highly recommend!

The owner of the store and all the workers are so wonderful and nice and informative. All there products are very good quality, not too expensive either.

The flower is great. Wide selection big buds. Great price

Happy 4th weekend All I had the BEST budtender, Marsha was amazing! She reminded me of flower, vape and all deals! My brother was here from out of town. Marshs made our adventure great! He's so excited for his return to 420 factory! Thanks Marsha for the smiles the laughter and the amazing customer services skills! ☆☆☆☆☆Marsha ☆☆☆☆☆

Been a while and I am impressed with the variety of strains, the fair prices, the staff’s knowledge and courtesy. Thrilled with the DutchTreat, I may be going back for a Sativa later on this week. Great pot!

I love love love this place. Quick, convenient and very friendly staff. Always stocked with many choices and new items!

Tonight Chris and (just)Max served me and I expressed through chit chat that I had a rough day. They kindly listened and made me feel much better and were professional and personable. Very nice young men! But I have not had a bad experience since they conviently opened 5 min. away from me which is cool. Various products to choose from and always clean and musical

Regular customer for over 2 yrs. Great service, but you won't keep the only strain I smoke is apples and bananas.Hard hitters apple and bananas is ok but more tasty terms in the regular grow.I bought 28 g of hard hitter but not satisfied. Can you keep apples and bananas in stock? Please grow this strain.Only then will I return.

I am thrilled to tell the incredible staff at Remedy that Niko went above and beyond what anyone should have for me. I had locked my keys in my truck. Niko said "I live in Novi, let me run you home on my lunch so you can get back in." It was one of the kindest efforts shown to me ever. I feel just like family when I deal with anyone in the store. Thank you Remedy for Niko and her blessings to me. I will never forget this

Morgan was great, got me hooked up with a few carts tonight. Easy to work with and easy on the eyes lol would definitely go back
