I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.

Everyone at this location is awesome! The security guy Dave is amazing! He remembers who I am and is so warm and welcoming every visit. I look forward to our small chats every visit! The check in staff always greet me with a smile. The bud tenders are all phenomenal too! Super friendly, patient and take their time answering my questions and offering suggestions so that I can get products that meet my specific needs! I exclusively visit this dispensary over the other options. Totally worth the 45 minute ride!

First time cannabis user, I was nervous about going my first time . I was greet by Collin at Registration who was super friendly and talked me through what I needed to do. In addition he said I can qualify for a discount on Tuesday’s because I am a healthcare provider. It was extremely nice to hear Veterans receive this opportunity as well . Next I was greeted by Nick who helped me with my order . He was very informative about products that could be beneficial to me after actively listening to my medical needs . I was so appreciative of the time and great customer service I received. Truly the Lancaster Ave dispensary staff were all nice , atmosphere quiet and clean . I highly recommend!

I absolutely love this dispensary! They have ample parking & have started curbside service. The inside is quite large & very clean. The staff are all incredibly friendly & knowledgeable, offering great recommendations. They have one of the best rewards systems and saving money is super easy.

Rise is my favorite dispencery to go too. The deals are amazing half the time the people are very friendly you walk out feeling like you're part of one big family lol I have to give a huge shout out to (LU) She's very friendly! Her customer service skills are great! She made a comment that had me smiling the rest of the day. She interacts with people very well in my opinion! This was my first visit to a dispensary in PA since getting my medical card, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. They took the time to educate me on the different products, explained the benefits clearly, and even introduced me to options I didn’t know were available to help treat my medical conditions. I’m really glad I stopped at this location and will definitely be shopping here again.

One of the best shops I have ever been to. And most certainly the best in this area for sure. The products are gas and prices beat competitors all around. Recommending them to all of my friends. I got the Jelly Roller Hash Rosin by Olio and i can say this one slappss the senses. Grabbing more this week.
