The staff here at Italian herb dispensary are always friendly and welcoming. I haven’t had to wait very long before being able to purchase my items. I do recommend you look at their menu online via their website and place an order prior to coming to the dispensary that way your visit is more efficient, and you can view their discounts and their menu of options. There is no way to view product prior to purchasing in person I believe due to certain state laws and legislature, but I actually enjoy being able to view the full menu online prior and knowing how much I’m going to be paying before I arrive. They do allow you to pick up through the drive-through window if you placed an online order prior to arrival. I’ve used both options via the drive-through and going inside and each one is efficient to and result in a happy customer.

When I walk in the door I'm greeted with a Hello and a smile they have great customer service and atmosphere is out of this world! The staff are very knowledgeable about their products. They always got the deals. Best spot in town

I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.

I absolutely love this dispensary! They have ample parking & have started curbside service. The inside is quite large & very clean. The staff are all incredibly friendly & knowledgeable, offering great recommendations. They have one of the best rewards systems and saving money is super easy.

Rise is my favorite dispencery to go too. The deals are amazing half the time the people are very friendly you walk out feeling like you're part of one big family lol I have to give a huge shout out to (LU) She's very friendly! Her customer service skills are great! She made a comment that had me smiling the rest of the day. She interacts with people very well in my opinion! Amazing staff , good atmosphere. Wait time isn’t that long compared to most dispensaries. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products and terpenes that assist in relief you’re looking for. They also offer 1st, 2nd & 3rd time discounts not to mention a referral discount for any first time patient you bring in that’s never been to any trulieve or harvest (you both get 50% off at the time of purchase) 10/10 would recommend this location
