I came here for a very specific strain and through conversation was made aware of their own strains. Seeing the passion from the employees and owner was enough for me to try something of theirs. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. I tried their hash face strain and it was perfect. It was a nice clean high and even uplifting at times. I will be back to this hidden gem in the very near future. Highland Botanicals offers the best experience! The first time I came in, the budtenders were so kind and walked me through each product I was interested in. They helped me pick out the items that were best for me. This is the only dispensary I go to now. I couldn't recommend them enough!

The team there was so nice and made it a great experience. I got 15% off FOR LIFE from going in during their opening which they're running all the way through next weekend. And honestly the location is super convenient for anyone around the area, much better than the ones closer to downtown Hartford. 10/10 love these guys and so glad there's a Fine Fettle in my area now!

As you walk in it’s just weed everywhere. Kid in a candy store. Makes you feel more welcome to looking at products than normal displays at other stores. Had spent a lot of time looking around there’s a ton to go through and look over don’t be afraid to go through everything they have all day and they’ll let you know that too. Everything I’ve bought has been amazing no complaints at all.

There were 2 dispensaries/shops very near by my home, which both closed in the blink of an eye. I more often than not just don't have the time to get to/from the locations surrounding me due to my work schedule. To be able to schedule delivery for after I'm home from work, as been so convienient. The delivery drivers are always so pleasant to interact with, and the few times I've had to call the store with questions about specific products or about the delivery itself, the staff has always been very helpful, and has provided exceptional customer service.
