I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a wonderful dispensary that has a great selection to choose from,great prices, and the staff is absolutely wonderful,and you feel very comfortable there,which is great!! About 4 Months Ago And Employee Of Their's I Started To See More Often Named Ms. MYA That I've Been Tended To Is Very Imformative And Knowledgeable On Products Whenever I Have Questions About Anything I'm Not To Sure About. She Never Mind's Spending The Extra Time To Explain Until I Have An Full Understanding Of What I'm Purchasing Before I Walk Out Of That Store Which I Really Appreciate Every Single Time I Make A Pick-Up When Ms. MYA Is Working On That Day.

Dispensary is very busy, speed it up with medical card. Has drive thru for preorders. Selection at GW is incredible. Good place to buy hard to find cannabis and related tech.

I love Surterra Wellness (Park St location) compared to any other dispensary in Jacksonville! Will definitely be making this my go-to dispensary because of their knowledgeable, helpful, and great/kind employees and customer service! I was waited on by Megan. It doesn't matter who waits on you because service is always exceptional! Megan made sure I got all my discounts and easily processed the order. It's never a long wait time. If you're early enough, there are discounted specials. My go-to dispensary!

I ordered tropical runtz @ 27%thc when I picked it up and received it ......it was 24%thc . all I am saying is let the customer or patient know before they get disappointed. That's a big difference in strength.
