I absolutely love this place in Chandler, as I am searching for caramel candies, suckers, concentrates, and quality flower with many popular strains to choose from available each time I enter the premises. Only downside is that they don't normally answer the telephone if you happen to have a question prior to arrival.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I loved the strains I bought. They have some good clones in there as well. Check those out! They seal the product you buy and after opening at home, the package is resealable. I do wish they weighed and packaged in front of the customer though. Very cool folks there. I would recommend you give them a try.

Best dispensary in Norman, reasonable prices and always open 24/7 which is super convenient for a stoner. All of the house pre-rolls have their own unique appeal and some have very great characteristic highs, and there's a good variety of products from high quality brands. Medicine Man is probably my favorite for carts. The owner is an awesome guy and always knows how to hook you up, and the other late-night budtender is very friendly.

What a great group of people. So helpful work explaining things. Even my 77 year old father understood everything without me having to explain it again. They had what I was looking for. They introduced me to so many great products. They have a great cbd selection as well. I was able to try a cbd balm sample that I'll be back to buy some more. The owner is also a veteran so I'll gladly drive farther to support him.

This place is the best, and has the greatest employees! I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about, sounds like a bunch of Karens wanting special attention and treatment! Literally the review before this one is some woman complaining that a Karen came in and was yelling orders at the clerk, and instead of being understanding and letting the clerk get that belligerent woman out as fast as possible, the reviewer decided to be a Karen too. News flash lady, Pre-rolls take a lot less time than an ounce does, and you spent half the review degrading another customer, you sound like an awful person. I certainly wouldn't want to tell someone that yanked on the door and barged in shouting orders at me to wait while I help another customer, I'd get them out as fast as possible! Sounds like everything was fine until you had to wait because someone else didn't want to, blame the rude customer not the employee or business. Also the reviewer could have stepped in and told the rude customer to wait since they were their first, didn't hear ya say anything about that so you just let it happen and left a rude review, yeah real class act lady. Great place, despicable customers apparently.

I just wanna give a shout out to all the bud tenders. You are all awesome. They treat me like family not like a customer. One cool fact is this was the first place that me and my 82-year mother went together. The bud tenders treated her so great. I Love the environment at Herbal Phoenix, They are very knowledgeable about their products, everything is tax included so there are no surprise fees or anything like that so the price you see on their menu is the price that you pay. Not to mention they always have a variety of flower in stock a little something for everyone. I also love the fact that they keep leafly updated regularly so you know what they have in stock and what they don't have, and all their flower is tested so that is a plus for me. The staff is very friendly and it is a great environment will definitely make this my go to spot cant beat their deals and customer service!
