Very friendly. I’m from out of state, so I wasn’t sure of the process and the woman who answered was easy to talk with and helped me. Delivery was prompt. HIGHLY recommend taking advantage of happy hour! Really helped me enjoy my vacation and appreciate the nature trails here. 10/10

As an Account Manager for Mammoth Distribution, I get to stop into Redwood all the time! They are always happily serving the community, and their flower selection never gets skimpy! Its a great place to be able to get the classic brands, and also some smaller local products! I love shopping here, and working with them professionally! The budtenders are all friends with the customers, and they have some amazing loyal fans of the shop! Stop in on your way up the 101! I ordered online from Cali Gold for delivery and received my order very quickly. I thought I had ordered a battery but found that it had been left out of my basket. My delivery driver (Mr. Jackson) went above and beyond and let me borrow a battery for the night until he was able to deliver a new one the next day. I also got first time buyer goodies. Will definitely be ordering from here in the future and recommending to friends!!

We were able to chat terpenes, medicinal qualities and structure of the plants with ease. I am delighted with the purchase. I drove from Novato to Santa Rosa and am deeelighted I did.
