I was in beyond hello 7-18-25 and the CSR at the window Caeden was his name and he found me exactly what I was looking for. He was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable of the product Beyond Hello had. The woman at register 5 that day took very good care of me treated me very nice was very helpful and friendly.

Great store with a great team, everyone definitely knows what they’re talking about! My favorite Trulieve location by far.

Twice before while purchasing I had Zack for filling my order. What a knowledgable, kind, professional young man. He reviewed products specific to my questions and symptoms. He even provided multiple web sites and explained full spectrum and products to research with different terpines. I changed dispensaries and now will only go to PGH west, north Fayette. I absolutely love this dispensary! They have ample parking & have started curbside service. The inside is quite large & very clean. The staff are all incredibly friendly & knowledgeable, offering great recommendations. They have one of the best rewards systems and saving money is super easy.

Rise is my favorite dispencery to go too. The deals are amazing half the time the people are very friendly you walk out feeling like you're part of one big family lol I have to give a huge shout out to (LU) She's very friendly! Her customer service skills are great! She made a comment that had me smiling the rest of the day. She interacts with people very well in my opinion! I had bought an 1/8 of what was supposed to be a hybrid and got it and it was an indica, Randy gave me a $20 credit to make up for it, I couldn’t use my credit because I didn’t have cash and was a little frustrated. I went and got money from my mom on cashapp and didn’t have enough because of the atm fee. Randy paid for my order and asled I return it when I get paid and said he just wants people to be happy and come back and doesn’t want no one to go without. He didn’t have to do that at all. Everyone there is kind, (prolly cause they smoke that Kind Tree I ifykyk) I thank him for making the experience better and helping me even thought I was frustrated. Dude deserves a raise!

Dispensary is very busy, speed it up with medical card. Has drive thru for preorders. Selection at GW is incredible. Good place to buy hard to find cannabis and related tech.

Although I haven’t used any of their products I was very impressed with the help getting my WV medical card registration completed…the young lady who helped me was professional & made the process quick & easy…I highly recommend this business I’m anxious to try their products

Always a quick visit! Excellent customer service! The price match feature makes this my HOME dispensary. I hate giving it such a good review because I will start coming and make it slower. Seriously though if you are tired of standing in line for 30-45 minutes at d#$tr!ct or crammed in at Ri$3 then come on over.

The woman working here gave me a discount on a vaporizer pen that I needed for my brother who had a stroke to make it easier for him to enjoy cannabis again.
