I have had nothing short of excellent service from the employees at Medicis. They are professional and courteous. the usual wait time that i have experienced for pickup is under 10 minutes. I have made ALOT of purchases there and only there so i have nothing to compare to but as of now, i rate them 11/10 overall. the selection has recently increased tremendously. the prices are steep but you know what you are getting, the weight is always correct. I have no complaints whatsoever. if there comes a time when i am unable to afford the prices, i will cross that bridge when i get there. if you’ve had a bad experience at other pharmacies, give MEDICIS a try.

I went today for the second time ever. The first time was just to get a pre roll so I was in and out. Today I had to do some math with what I could afford and the lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful with that and was very friendly and welcoming. She made the experience really nice and easy. Plus I got some of their in house brand and it’s amazing. Got some of the Live Badder. Taste amazing and is super smooth.

Omg the BEST MEDICINE I have found here in the Springs and surrounding area.even better than in Denver. Oh yeah baby. And all the staff members are so awesome and amazing. I appreciate them all especially evening staff. Them gentlemen and ladies are superb. I drive across town from the west side to the south east side to get this medicine.

I have been to many dispensaries around the State of Missouri and through out the conuntry. The people at Proper South County are the nicest people ever. They are super helpful, very knowledgeable on the product, and are very good on getting you in and out the door with the product you want. This will be my new go to dispensary when I’m home in St. Louis.

As a concentrate enthusiast, I highly recommend Sano Gardens. Never tried them before shopping here & was impressed by the quality. As for flower, their Veritas line had the biggest, frostiest & stanky nugs...makes for a tough choice!

As a first-time red card holder in Colorado Springs, I recently had the opportunity to visit a medical marijuana dispensary and was blown away by my experience at this particular dispensary. The dispensary itself was clean, organized, and had a great selection of products. Chris took the time to educate me on the different strains and their effects, as well as the best methods of consumption for my specific needs, especially the edibles!! One thing that really stood out to me was the emphasis on safety and responsible use. He also provided clear instructions on how to properly use each product. And was pleasantly surprised by the education I received from Amber regarding the process of the medical marijuana plants transfers. As a patient, it can be overwhelming trying to navigate the legal requirements for growing, obtaining and using medical marijuana, but Amber at this dispensary took the time to explain the process in detail. Amber and Chris were extremely knowledgeable about the laws and regulations governing medical marijuana in the state, city, county, and they were able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and clearly. What impressed me the most was the staff's emphasis on responsible use and safety. They provided me with clear instructions on how to properly use medical marijuana and the potential side effects to look out for.
