This was my first time in the store today. Emma was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different products. She asked great questions to help me get the product that would best help with my back pain. I'll def be back.

I needed a recommendation for something smooth, since I had a bad cough. They gave me some very kind bud which I am consuming cough-free. Really improved my Xmas weekend and my quality of life generally. Cheers!

JOHN!! This is for you! I’m a mental health worker in the hospital settings in Boston- this is definitely a need after a long day. On a snow storm that is supposed to come, my weediclesss (as I call it) was not available after I placed my order for delivery. Sir John was AMAZING and so caring to inform me of this and ask if there was anything else I needed. He really listened to what I needed and the current state I was in- just to decompress and get my client’s stories out of my brain so I can decompress and recenter as well. He made me feel seen and heard and feel valued. He tried adding an extra goodie for my birthday that just passed, I chose to give to a homeless person and he said he would give on my behalf.. no one has followed suit and done something like that on my behalf. Someone that may not have an ID or money but may need a break, let them use my weedicles… that’s all I want and John helped me gift it back to someone in need. Thank you John D. Thank you for giving me your last initial to ensure that the highest person at your company hopefully sees this and recognizes their unique/amazing employee. To the owner- he is a keeper. Triple M has an exceptional team I feel like family as I have been coming there for years Kimberly is such a welcoming smiling face every time I enjoy seeing her and she has given me recommendations which have been most helpful Dave is always exceptional and always is there to help Noah is also exceptional I have had the luxury of knowing him at another employer. Always welcoming caring smile I was so happy to see he became part of the triple m team. Surpasses in customer service Kristin.she is exceptional as well..I am pleased to say I am able to get to see her and get her help she teaches and guides me with kindness Thank you all for being so helpful kind and I truly feel like your my triple m family

This is the second time I’ve received outstanding service from any dispensary, but twice at the same facility? Yeah, I know. These guys honored my voicemail telling them I got an incomplete order. They immediately called me back and said no problem, we got you, and I still can’t believe it! Best staff anywhere!

Sublime is everything I always wanted out of a dispensary friendly staff, great products with fair prices. It is rare to be able to smell and inspect the flower before purchasing so the bud bar is fantastic in my eyes.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the fantastic service I received from Manira person! They were incredibly punctual, arriving right on time and with a friendly smile. What really stood out was their positive attitude, even in less-than-ideal weather conditions. It’s clear they take pride in their work. 10/10 recommend

Triple M is the best!!!!!!!!!! Great product & customer service!!!!!

Triple M is by far the Best on the Cape but went yesterday for my Sunday stockpile of prerolls and the special was off??!! As well as the whole schedule change. Adding specials to the days when there's nothing is one thing but my 3 times a week will change. Please return some old traditions, preroll Sundays , edibles Wednesdays and ounces Thursdays was a great mix. Having to check a schedule to come from Woods Hole to buy weed is a bit of a hike.

The staff, products and cost makes this a favorite stop for me. Thank you guys!

Very professional and seamless experience. Thanks for carrying the sugar batter. It’s very nice, if possibly a little too much non-cannabis flavoring added. One of the preroll brands (can’t recall which but it was ICE enhanced, I think) claimed to be 100% but small print notes ingredients not derived from cannibas. Terpenes I think. I don’t need flavor injections but maybe some prefer it? Other than that, awesomeness.

I ordered a cucumber watermelon gummy two for 2/1 ratio thank goodness they had it please order more

Every time i come here, i feel welcomed and the atmosphere is always so kind and chill. The products are amazing for an even better price. They always have such a unique selection for glassware, and i love seeing the usual faces every time i come in. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

They have a good process from check-in and have enough clerks to handle the busy times.
