I like my bud tender. She was amazing very understanding and listened to what I needed. Showed me all the different Tempe of products. Needles to say I finally slept after 3 days of travel. Thanks again.

We came to Durango back in 2019 and meet Dave. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to share his knowledge with us. We came back to Durango (2025) and retuned to Mountain Annie’s hoping to see him again. To our delight he was there with the same friendly smile and helpful attitude. The current pandemic has caused many people to try new goods and services and I am no exception. Delivery to my home became imperative so I tried several dispensaries in Orange County, California and was okay but not impressed with any one dispensary. One dispensary may have this and another that but none of them had it all. Enter the Deli by Caliva in Bellflower, California and it has been an absolute delight! It became necessary for me to visit the location to establish an account. An account was opened and I went home with some outstanding products, as well! I have now enjoyed their delivery service three occasions and it was a flawless experience. The delivery service experience is transparent and seamless as I was well informed throughout the process in real-time!

Incredibly friendly staff, and a wealth of information and knowledge. I have no reason to shop at another dispensary ever again.

It was my first time shopping at this little shop, I will be going back soon. The atmosphere of the shop is very chill and lively. The selection of flower is pretty good. The overall service, I personally wouldn't give them just 5 stars, 5 stars seems like too low of a score. This crew went above and beyond not just in asking but also listening. Yes, I will be heading to Madrid again soon! It's worth the drive!

Overall a great experience — prompt notification that my order was being prepared, great communication when an item I ordered was no longer available, and offered a few good options to replace it. It was my first time going to a dispensary ever! I have a medical marijuana recommend from a physician and I was really nervous about entering the store for the first time but the employees were super kind and helpful. The place is neat, smells nice and has an overall great atmosphere. They have a multitude of discounts for various brands. Some of the products are a bit expensive but hey what can you do and the discounts make up for it. They have a lot of gear from bongs, pipes to cones. I’d definitely come here again!
