I've been buying my concentrates from Terrapin for quite some time. Not just this location, but also both Boulder locations, along with the Aurora locations. The 8 pack or bear pack (double bear concentrates) is where its at for value. I've never had an issue with any of my product for almost up to a year. When I had one issue with my wax, I was able to to speak with the manager of the Longmont location. He was super friendly and called me. He took care of me the very next day. He even had multiple solutions that would best suit me. This shows that Terrapin wants their guest to have an enjoyable experience and also feel you got your money's worth. I will continue to only shop at Terrapin because I value their product and they value me as a customer.

Definitely one of the nicest I've seen that now allows you to see their grow room and kitchen, but encourage you to take pics! Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable bud tenders. Can't beat the quality bud sold here. All grown in living soil, making it organic. Their Akta products are out of this world, and made from that same flower, and all solvent less, making it all organic as well. Wonderful, knowledgeable staff and great location. Can't get products like theirs anywhere else in Carbondale, so I'm a permanent customer! Skip 'good' flower and tumbledweeb and be sure to spend your money on connoisseur quality stuff here instead.
