I have been a Medical Card Holder for over 7 years. As a patient I have been in many dispensaries. My experience at Minerva I Los Luna's has been one I'll never forget. Gi Gi is an example of someone you would hope to see in every dispensary. I've been very I'll during my visit. GiGi dropped everything to help me. I was very sick. She walked out with me, made sure I could get home. She went way above &beyond! I haven't been back for months. Today I walked in & immediately she ask how I was. I was embarrassed due to how sick I was my last visit. That disappeared in 2 minutes. She is an amazing employee! She will be the reason I return. Tim went out of his way to make sure I left with what I needed. Very kind, smiled the whole time. Again, making me extremely comfortable. Great experience! Thank u both

The dispensary itself was clean, organized, and had a great selection of products. I was impressed with the variety of strains available and the different methods of consumption, including edibles, tinctures, and topicals. Chris took the time to educate me on the different strains and their effects, as well as the best methods of consumption for my specific needs, especially the edibles!! One thing that really stood out to me was the emphasis on safety and responsible use. Chris made sure to explain the importance of starting with a low dosage and waiting to see how it affects me before consuming more. He also provided clear instructions on how to properly use each product. And was pleasantly surprised by the education I received from Amber regarding the process of the medical marijuana plants transfers. As a patient, it can be overwhelming trying to navigate the legal requirements for growing, obtaining and using medical marijuana, but Amber at this dispensary took the time to explain the process in detail. Amber and Chris were extremely knowledgeable about the laws and regulations governing medical marijuana in the state, city, county, and they were able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and clearly.
