This is the place for Flint's medical patients to get literally ANYTHING you need. Just went my first time and the receptionist/budtender Kayla was amazing and did a great job explaining and showing everything they had to offer. I was blown away with everything. After going to Detroit dispensaries for so long, I feel so happy to not having to make that trip ever again. Thank You GHC!

I have been going to Bacco Farms for quite awhile now and always had a great experience with all the bud tenders. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they carry. I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!

As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

I've been to other shops and nothing feels more natural to me than the old school headshop feel I get here. The ability to actually look at more than 1 nug before committing to the buy is a big + for me as well. Other shops feel like a best buy our apple store in my opinion

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with your needs! The store has a great display of different gear and products they carry.

My favorite dispo hands down. I drive nearly 2 hours for them and I am never disappointed. They are always quick to mend a problem if there is one (forgot to grab my wax but held one for me the next time I came in) love the place! I dont want them to open up for rec though, keep that wonderful flower for medical patients only ;)

I don't know about their smoke but their clones have been top shelf. I still have the Huge Fat budded Elvis OG and a Lemon Kush I got there and I love them. They did a good clone selection. I wish I could get another Sweet Black Angel because that was pretty good. It had a nice tight bud with a delicious blackberry flavour with a decent effect. I was sad to see them stop offering clones since they have all been great and clean.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Heka, and I can't say enough about the fantastic experience I had there. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the knowledgeable staff. Heka is not your average dispensary. The interior is beautifully designed, creating a calming and inviting ambiance. The team members are not only friendly but also incredibly well-informed about their products. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect strains for my needs. What sets Heka apart, in my opinion, is the quality of their products. The selection is impressive, and the cannabis is top-notch
