The staff here at Italian herb dispensary are always friendly and welcoming. I haven’t had to wait very long before being able to purchase my items. I do recommend you look at their menu online via their website and place an order prior to coming to the dispensary that way your visit is more efficient, and you can view their discounts and their menu of options. There is no way to view product prior to purchasing in person I believe due to certain state laws and legislature, but I actually enjoy being able to view the full menu online prior and knowing how much I’m going to be paying before I arrive. They do allow you to pick up through the drive-through window if you placed an online order prior to arrival. I’ve used both options via the drive-through and going inside and each one is efficient to and result in a happy customer.

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. The best dispensary around! Friendly staff, and easily has the best selection around. Only suggestions I would have are a few more specials on product specifically flower. Although, in fairness they probably don’t need to since it’s the only dispensary in the area that has flower regularly in stock. Great atmosphere and excellent help. Check them out!

I always place an order online for pickup and it's ready when I get there. Navigating the website and ordering is easy. There are always deals on their wide variety of products and they have a rewards system. You can prepay online or pay when you pickup your goods. The quality of products definitely depends on what you buy. Prices are high right now but I'm sure it's because they're the only dispensary within a several mile radius.

This is quite frankly my favorite errand to run every month. I was getting paid once a month by my previous employer so I set my stash up for a once monthly re-up cycle. Not long after I got my medical card I was at my monthly stop when I saw a dog on a leash in the building that was not a service dog. I confirmed with the staff that dogs were allowed in the building and ever since then I have brought my Daniff (English Mastiff x Great Dane) with me. She loves all the staff and they love her back! When we walk in she's jumping on the counter and getting showered with treats before I even get checked in lol. Love the store and the people in it. Great service, great deals, membership points exchangeable for cash, you name it.

The order was ready for pickup within 10 minutes of placing the order on Leafly. There was only 1 person in front of me in line when I got inside. The order was exactly correct and the price was correct. Sometimes the shop initially charges a higher price than advertised on Leafly and I have to show them my evidence to get the right price. Homestate was correct from the start.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Lines move quickly depending on time of day. The ordering process is smooth as butter.
