I'm new to MMJ and the staff here was so patient with me when I was having problems finding a product that fit my needs. With some staff, it's all business. With others, you can joke around and chat while ringing up. This is actually not the closest dispensary to me but it's worth the trip.

First of all, the initial contact I made was with a SUPER kind young man named Malik, via the call center. Malik was not only extremely knowledgeable regarding the wide range of products that I was interested in, but also made the online ordering experience enjoyable and fun. Malik really makes the process easy.I have only placed online orders twice, and both times I had the pleasure of speaking with Malik. Let me start that the staff is always friendly very helpful and knowledgeable as a first timer I felt very at ease with the whole process I have not been anywhere else (to many horror stories) But always a But right LOL I would like to see some other deals in the ways of percentages off products the only such deal is for a first time customer nothing for the loyal customers

People be so sensitive to the wrong things. Pay attention to how things are and it speaks for itself. I enjoy coming to this location although the experience is way different than the Cali one I visited. This isn't all that bad, but you can see the room for so much improvement, which is good. All in all, awesome place all around.

I ordered tropical runtz @ 27%thc when I picked it up and received it ......it was 24%thc . all I am saying is let the customer or patient know before they get disappointed. That's a big difference in strength.

I love Surterra Wellness (Park St location) compared to any other dispensary in Jacksonville! I normally try to only support USA dispensaries but this Canadian company MUV has very competitive prices and some of there strains that you can only get through MUV.. I love how they have a TIER type of Flower system... I normally get the GRADE B type flower when I go and its super.. For example, there GRU #10 is out of the charts and very tasty.... I have only been to the St Pete location a 1 time.. The place is super clean inside and they are very professional and have quite the system... I like the prices and there discounts and offers that they run weekly... I give the MUV dispensary in St Pete 5 STARS... *****Highly Recommend ******
