The prices are too high. They're the highest place to buy Medical marijuana and it shouldn't be like that. It should be cheaper. I will not buy from them because they're too high.

Today I went in to get my goods and I had just gotten out of the hospital and the man that helped me he went above and beyond to help me! He asked if I need a chair and then I forgot to get the debit card from my husband he even went out and got the debit card from my husband! The best in town. BY FAR. I'm not wealthy by any means. And I will spend more money for the same product. And its all because of there customer service. Cody or Kody is amazing and if I knew the other 2 or 3 I always see in the drive thru. I'd sure shout them out as well. These guys are always in a good mood. Always respectful, polite, and helpful. I've been upset because I'm impatient. And no matter how I act. They treat me with the some respect and kindness. I wish I could afford to tip these guys like I want too. Been coming here for about 6months and I love it. Just wanted you to know that I didn't get my new renewal card for $25.00 & you need add$100.00 ,not very happy but it's over and hopefully I will be there until I hear back from the Medical Marijuana.

To buy cannabis in Arkansas, you have to have a doctors recommendation from an online doctor, then go online and pay to register with the state. So no "recreational" yet. I'm sure I speak for everybody saying "one step at a time" is better than nadda. We feel a little bit lucky our government has decided to loosen our puppet strings just a smidgen and not worry so much what brand of cigarettes tax paying citizens choose to smoke . State tax is @ 14%. All that being said I'm not rich, and Superfarm has the quality and variety with so many different strains to choose from your going to find what your looking for and its always best to browse the online menu before physically showing up at the building for purchase, so you can have your mind made up before you get there. Cause I could spend all day there. They also cater to the broke arse's of the world like me by having quality budget friendly flower. As well they carry the over-the-top expensive Cookies brand @$200 plus / zip . So because Superfarm does recognize most people are on a budget and deserve relief just like anybody else I give this place 5 stars. That and the staff are cool people as well. I wouldn't drive an hour and forty min. to get there from my house, if they were anything less. So yeah I feel lucky with every purchase and satisfied with the product.

Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.

Divides in two enclosed waiting lanes once you get in; walk-ins and online. A few of us newbies to the store unsure of the cadence. Surmise online got preference and i did. Instead of hand signals the shop should consider a speaker system or human directing traffic as I see that getting interesting in a big crowd. Solid selection and Alexandria was amazing & HOT AF!!!
