I started reading the google reviews about this business a couple of weeks ago, and I saw mixed reviews. At first I was hesitant on going in there solely based on those reviews, and I was pleasantly surprised. 1. Parking - Very wide amount of parking, and the entrance was easier to find than I thought it would be. 2. Waiting Room- When I first walked in, I saw a row of comfortable chairs, a TV on the wall, and very clean, professional looking. The wait didn't take very long, less than a minute from when I got in to going into the other room. 3. The Product Room - It was bigger than I expected, a clean atmosphere and very organized. All of the products were in plain view of the consumer, so you can tell what you're getting. 4. The Budtenders - Even though it was my first time in there, and I only had the chance to interact with one budtender, she seemed very nice. She seemed passionate about her job, very knowledgeable about the product and seemed relatable. She answered all of my questions, and showed me an assortment of products that she would recommend. I can tell that she likes working there and she respects the customers. 5. Pricing - I only purchased edibles, but to me they were fairly priced, albeit I haven't been to too many dispensaries, so I couldn't really tell you much. They did give a discount for first time customers, and a free pre-roll as well. Speaking on only about the price of the product I purchased, I can say the reviews had me expecting a very high price, but it turned out to be a fair price (for me anyway). Overall, I was pleasantly surprised about my visit there, and I will definitely be going there again for future purchases.

I’ve been using The Velvet Fog Cannabis delivery service whenever I’m on the hunt for Cookies! They consistently have a great selection, and Cookies is always my go-to brand. Today, I was excited to see three new strains I hadn’t tried before. Ordering was smooth, and I appreciated the generous discounts based on how much you spend—it really adds value to the experience! However, when my order arrived, I noticed one product was missing from the packaging. I reached out to Velvet Fog, and they were incredibly helpful. Great experience I've only been there twice but I've enjoyed it much more than going to sparc. Workers are very kind and will help you find what you want and will tell you the best things they got. I was given a tour my first time which is more than sparc has ever done. It's truly a business that cares about it's customers.

Excellent service and INCREDIBLE ETHICS! Recently when paying I shoved my $ in my pocket. 2 days AFTER I realized I was short 2-$100's I lost that day. Then AFTER 2 more days they called asking if I'd lost something. After much reviewing of video they concluded the 200 they found was mine!!! ELEVATION ROCKS!!!!! I love mercy wellness. Every staff member that I spoke with has been very polite and friendly and knowledgeable. The quality is amazing and reasonable prices. I am on a tight budget but cannabis products help me so much. I have trouble affording the cannabis products that make me feel better. I saw they provided medical patients high-quality free products. Organicann is my go to for the tree and the customer service is always on point not a day goes by where i walk in there and im being treated with respect, christie is one of the employees who helped me out the most and always has enthusiastic charisma.

Wish you would reconsider about the shut down. It's a dam shame after all the excellent help they have done for Douglas, bisbee and Sierra vista area, and for my family that has arthritis it was a heaven sent the medication for them now sadly they will have to spend the days in pain. I wish you would truly reconsider the closure
