I’m not familiar with the area so I decided to come here based on the solid reviews. They certainly lived up to them! Really nice people and great selection. Also offered a first time discount. Highly recommend this spot!

They have Space Gem Products which I love and are locally woman-owned, and the space is beautiful and calming with nice and relaxed staff. They feature and support california women-owned small companies in the cannabis industry

The staff is well educated and easy to work with. Budtender Jacob had a keen and thorough understanding of the clones I was seeking. We were able to chat terpenes, medicinal qualities and structure of the plants with ease. I am delighted with the purchase. I drove from Novato to Santa Rosa and am deeelighted I did.

Organicann is my go to for the tree and the customer service is always on point not a day goes by where i walk in there and im being treated with respect, christie is one of the employees who helped me out the most and always has enthusiastic charisma.

Great selections, friendly budtenders. The store is open during COVID season with phone and online ordering only. Curbside pick up available. Excellent premium strain choices (not sure why it’s bad that it’s pre-packaged, some dispensaries just dump the packages in the display anyway), from flower to pre-rolls, concentrates and edibles: Sovereign, Sweetwater Farms, FloraCal, Kings Garden. Budtenders are very kind and patient, and they actually remember you!

I love mercy wellness. Every staff member that I spoke with has been very polite and friendly and knowledgeable. The quality is amazing and reasonable prices. I am on a tight budget but cannabis products help me so much. I have trouble affording the cannabis products that make me feel better. I saw they provided medical patients high-quality free products. I've been into dragonfly wellness many times and they are the best! From the from check-ins to the checkouts, you are greeted with kindness and treated with respect. Today I was helped by Feli. She was not only super sweet, she also saved me over $150!!! I've literally never seen better customer service from anywhere else.

Paula, the proprietor, is always a delight to visit with and she stocks a wide and ever changing variety of buds that are sure to satisfy any palette. Lots of other goodies, too.
