After having poor experiences with two other dispensaries in Sacramento I found KOLAS and I’m dedicated now. They have a robust and excellent menu and very helpful budtenders. They follow strict COVID-19 precautions too. Besides a wisdom discount I earn loyalty points to lower my bill. Their full menu is updated regularly on WeedMaps. I wish they’d do the same on their new app and Leafly.

I like these guys. Super easy talking with them through text. They walked me through the deals, we talked strains, I got my delivery, it was fire with no surprises. They did exactly what they said they would, and did it quickly with good communication. Whenever these guys have a deal on good flower, I’ll be buying it. Thank you

I enjoy this shop. Haven’t had a chance to try delivery, but all my experiences in the shop are great! I feel bad the other reviewer had a wrong item, but I really don’t think it’s that big of a deal, especially considering how reasonable the prices are and how awesome everyone is. These guys are incredible, truly the best customer service I've had in 20 years. There was a issue outside of their control and I reached out about it. That same day, I get a call that leads to the manager Toby. Both he and the customer service rep were wonderful. Toby was SO phenomenally kind, funny, genuine and knowledgeable it blew me away. He made things more than right and was generous beyond what I've ever experienced. He offered me great advice and expanded my knowledge of the products too, using his own personal experience to connect with me. So honestly, this is the only dispensary I'll be using moving forward.
