It is always a pleasant experience shopping at Ponderosa. A relaxed atmosphere and a very helpful professional staff. Always have great products and a good variety. I like doing business where the employees have genuine smiles. Thank you

This is the only store I shop at. Both locations have amazing staff. The quality of the products, and the prices are good for South Dakota standards. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

The only dispensary I'll use. Best by far, knowledgeable staff. Fresh flower and great prices.

Ok, I've been going to this dispensary for a while now (going on 2 years) and I really want to give these guys (and Girl!) a WAY HIGH five! They know their products very well, help you stay within your budget, and offer a very cool point system that offers a VIP membership that gives you access to even more flower than what's already on the floor and gives you an awesome birthday discount of your age percent off! I'm originally from a state where bud has been legal since 2012, so I have lots of experience with dispensaries and types of flower product and this dispensary is really on top of their game, so professional and super nice people! I love the deals that are almost every day of the week, and I can't even tell you how many hundreds of dollars I've saved on bud with them! And I super appreciate how they actually listen to their customers and give a personal touch to each transaction. I guess I'm a dedicated customer now.

They have always been very helpful and polite...love their stuff.

Sedona location has the most friendly and accommodating staff they are all amazing!

I love going to pure life. Every time I go I'm surprised by all the perks and discounts you can get. I had a $15 off that was just given to me by pure Life, I got the buy one get one $1 dispos/cart deal and 2 penny pre-roll! I love the girl with the long black hair I'm sorry I don't know her name! Such a vibe, so reasonably priced. This is my go-to dispensary here in Clovis.

There isn't a better dispensary I've ever been to. The customer service just isn't the same anywhere else. I walk into Kirby and I may as well be at home. They're like family there. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They pack everything with care not just throwing it in. Their products are top tier quality. If you stop at the saloon next door, you can meet Linda, the coolest saloon dog to ever exist. Ask her to watch the rodeo with you. You'll have your heart warmed each time. There's just no better place than Kirby. 5 stars. Only the Kool Katz come to Kirby.

This was my very first time buying recreational. The two lovely ladies made it a wonderful experience. Well, I already wrote a review and just went back to hopefully edit it, but it doesn’t even show. There is one there from 2022. What I was going to add is on my receipt. It doesn’t show how many points I have did I get screwed out of all the points and money I’ve spent here in TorC and also Las Cruces location.

I purchased some sleep powder from your store, because my husband is stage 4 C O P D , and was struggling to breathe. They were giving him steroids to no avail. He took one dose in his coffee and, and miracles happened! No struggling to breathe, and feeling 100% better. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR ADVICE AND INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This was one of many times visiting jars, quick and easy every time. I’m leaving a review for Isy, he was my budtender for today.
