This was my first visit to this dispensary and wow! They have friendly/excellent customer service. I did not ever feel rushed and Michelle kindly answered all of my questions and was super helpful and friendly. I’ve had experiences elsewhere here in Florida where the employees look like they hate their lives working in a certain dispensary and I never felt welcomed and always felt like a number. Not here. At first there was some issues. Of course me being a first timer and not knowing certain things and Vice versa is what lead to these issues. So I had decided not to deal with this store and just go elsewhere at this point but then this professional,polite,kind, patient and lovely lady by the name of Abby came in and fixed the issue and on top of that walk me through the settings and process and just like that I haven’t gone to no other place in fact I come here just because she is here. Visited LHS for the first time for their Mary’s Medicinals patches. Went on a Monday and took advantage of their 15% off, along with becoming a new patient. I sampled Sativa, Indica, CBN, and CBG. I’ve gotten to the first two, the Sativa isn’t as energizing as I thought it would be. IMO, it’s positive, making this pleasurable for anxiety sufferers as well. Luis was very helpful with product selection and making accurate recommendations for my ailments. This Orlando South location is clean, well-appointed, in-and-out rather quickly. Even with GPS, it was difficult to navigate, the white building blends in well with its surroundings. Tip: Mary’s Monday’s and Flower Friday’s, I hear they have a vape cart special as well (not sure what day).

I stopped by on 420 and I was very surprised. I found that Truclear 9lb hamner concentrate was on sale. Scott was very knowledgable and helpfull. I go to Trulieve because I know that I can trust Trulieve to have the very best products. I highly recomend Trulieve and their products. I love this dispensary so much and the staff are really great. However, I was pretty disappointed with the product. I bought flower and my first smoke sesh it was really good, but the next time I smoked I had the affects for maybe 10 minutes and then felt sober. My mom had the same experience with their products as well.
